12 Indian-Sponsored Terrorists Killed in Kharan Clash: ISPR

RAWALPINDI: Security forces killed 12 Indian-sponsored terrorists during an exchange of fire in Kharan, Balochistan, thwarting an attack on a police station and two banks, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) here said.

According to the ISPR, 15 to 20 terrorists launched the attack, looting PKR 3.4 million in the process. Security forces engaged the terrorists at three different locations, preventing them from taking the police station hostage.

The ISPR stated that the terrorists retreated after a timely response from the security forces. Operations will continue until all Indian-sponsored militants are neutralized, as part of Pakistan’s ongoing counterterrorism efforts.

Recently, security forces in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa killed 11 militants linked to Indian proxies in two separate operations.
