QUETTA: At least 28 passengers were killed and scores of others injured in a road traffic accident in Washuk district of Balochistan on Wednesday.
The bus was coming to Quetta from Gwadar when it skidded off the road and fell into a ravine near Washuk after one of its tyres burst. Six passengers lost their lives on the spot.
Levies personnel shifted the injured to a nearest hospital where 22 of them also died. As many as 21 other injured were in critical condition.
