RAWALPINDI: In the November 26 protest case, the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) here on Tuesday issued an arrest warrant for Aleema Khan, sister of PTI founder.
She once again failed to appear in court today, prompting the court to issue her 12th non-bailable arrest warrant.
Judge Amjad Ali Shah of the ATC rejected her request to be excused from attending court. The court ordered her to be arrested and presented in court the tomorrow.
The hearing has been adjourned to Wednesday. The court has also summoned the final witnesses and investigation officers for testimony.
