QUETTA: Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti has announced that Balochistan will implement its first-ever online recruitment system for government posts in the Finance Department.
This new system will be fully paperless and entirely merit-based, marking a significant step towards modernizing the recruitment process in the province.
Taking to the social media platform X, the Chief Minister outlined that the provincial government is committed to taking tangible steps to restore public trust and ensure transparency in governance.
He further assured that this initiative will bolster the existing transparency mechanisms in Balochistan, creating a more accountable and fair system for the people.
