Big Blow to India: Republic of Khalistan Embassy Opens in Canada

SURREY: In a major diplomatic setback for India, the first embassy of the Republic of Khalistan has been inaugurated in Surrey, Canada.

According to foreign media reports, the embassy has been established inside the Guru Nanak Gurdwara. The Gurdwara was previously led by Hardeep Singh Nijjar, a prominent Khalistani leader who was allegedly assassinated by Indian intelligence agencies in Canada.

The Indian High Commission has strongly protested against the opening of the Khalistan embassy, calling it a direct attack on India’s sovereignty. However, the Canadian government has not yet issued any official response regarding this development.

This move marks a significant escalation in the Khalistan separatist movement’s international presence and could further strain diplomatic ties between India and Canada.
