ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari and British High Commissioner to Pakistan Jane Marriott discussed at a meeting a wide range of issues with a particular focus on the promotion and strengthening of relations between Pakistan and the United Kingdom.
During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on enhancing cooperation in political, diplomatic, and development sectors. Bilawal shared his perspectives with the British High Commissioner on expanding Pak-UK collaboration and emphasized the importance of deepening engagement to further strengthen relations between the two countries.
The discussions also highlighted the need for continued dialogue and partnership to promote shared goals and mutual understanding.
Senior PPP leader and Senator Sherry Rehman accompanied Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari and also held discussions with British High Commissioner.
Both parties reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening bilateral ties and exploring new avenues of cooperation in the future.
