ISLAMABAD: Justice Faqir Muhammad Khokhar , a former judge of the Supreme Court, who was recently appointed as head of the Commission on Missing Persons, has passed away, according to media reports.
The government had appointed Justice (retd) Faqir Muhammad Khokhar as the head of the Commission on Missing Persons a week ago in place of Justice (retd) Javed Iqbal.
Faqir Muhammad Khokhar has been confirmed by his family. According to the family, the funeral prayer of Justice (retd) Faqir Muhammad will be offered in Lahore today.
