A two-member bench issued a written order directing the authorities to provide affected children with uninterrupted free medical treatment and determine those responsible for the incident.

The court ordered the committee, headed by the Sindh chief secretary and comprising two senior Grade-20 officers, to submit a detailed report within two months.

The inquiry committee will determine the actual number of affected children, investigate the causes of HIV transmission, and examine allegations regarding the reuse of syringes.

The court also directed authorities to preserve video and CCTV footage of the incident, identify those involved and take legal action against them.

During the hearing, advocate Tariq Mansoor was issued a show-cause notice for contempt of court following alleged misbehavior and sloganeering. The court further ordered that CCTV footage from inside and outside the courtroom be preserved and action be taken against those involved in the disorder.
