Deadly Boko Haram Attack in Nigeria Kills 60

At least 60 people have been killed and several others injured in a brutal attack by the terrorist group Boko Haram in Nigeria.

Among the deceased are 8 security personnel, while 4 injured individuals have been transported to hospitals for medical treatment.

The attack targeted Dar al-Jamal village, where dozens of homes were set ablaze. Following the assault, local residents began fleeing the area in fear for their lives.

Boko Haram, which has been active in northeastern Nigeria for over a decade, has been responsible for thousands of deaths and widespread displacement.

Despite ongoing military efforts to combat the group, attacks on villages and towns remain frequent, leaving local communities vulnerable.

Authorities have urged citizens to remain vigilant and report suspicious activities. Humanitarian organizations are reportedly preparing to provide emergency relief and support to the displaced families affected by the attack.
