ISLAMABAD: The tragic death of world-renowned German athlete Laura Dahlmeier in a mountaineering accident on Laila Peak in Gilgit-Baltistan has been met with profound sorrow in Pakistan.
In an official statement, the Foreign Office expressed deep condolences, describing Dahlmeier as a symbol of courage and determination. “She was an inspiration to athletes and dreamers across the globe. Her indomitable spirit and legacy will continue to shine,” the statement read.
