ISLAMABAD: In a recent video link press conference, Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, the head of the Sikh For Justice (SFJ) organization, asserted that Delhi will become part of Khalistan and announced a referendum on August 17 in the United States regarding this issue.
He emphasized that their sole aim is for Delhi to become Khalistan.
Pannun claimed that certain areas of Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Delhi itself are part of Khalistan. He called on Sikhs to support the freedom movement.
He further stated that if India attacks Pakistan, Sikhs will form the first defensive line alongside the Pakistani military. Pannun condemned India for attacks that allegedly killed women and children in Pakistan and vowed to confront India in collaboration with the Pakistani army.
Commenting on diplomatic developments, he said that Field Marshal Asim Munir’s invitation to the White House is an honor for Pakistan, and he welcomed the Canadian Prime Minister’s condemnation of India for being responsible for “all unfortunate incidents.”
Pannu also criticized the Indian government for imposing continuous restrictions on Sikhs.
