ISLAMABAD: Devsinc, Pakistan’s leading IT services and enterprise technology company, has acquired Datics AI, one of the country’s most decorated AI-first technology firms, in a move that strengthens Pakistan’s positioning on the global map for advanced data and AI solutions.
This marks Devsinc’s third major acquisition of 2025, following Alchemative and Cloud1, and signals a deliberate strategy to build a world-class, end-to-end AI and digital transformation powerhouse.
Datics AI, recognized as ‘Best Software House 2022’ by the President of Pakistan and founded by ‘Dynamic Entrepreneur of the Year 2021’ Umair Majeed, brings deep expertise in machine learning, predictive analytics, and agentic AI systems.
As part of the acquisition, Umair Majeed joins Devsinc as SVP Growth, while former Chief Technology Officer Rana Umar Majeed becomes SVP, AI Enablement & Transformation. The acquisition comes at a time when the global data analytics industry is projected to surge to USD 402.70 billion by 2032.
