ISLAMABAD: In a move aimed at enhancing regional connectivity, the Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (ECNEC) has approved the construction of two major roads in Balochistan.
These projects are the construction of a 103-kilometer route from Zhob to Mukhtar Barsta Murgha Kabza and a 105-kilometer stretch from Duki to Chamalang.
The approvals came during an ECNEC meeting chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar via video link.
Officials emphasized the importance of completing the projects on schedule and ensuring high-quality construction standards.
