RAWALPINDI: Security forces killed 10 terrorists linked with Hafiz Gul Bahadar group operating from Afghanistan when they stormed the Bannu cantonment.
The ISPR in a statement issued in Rawalpindi said that unable to enter the premises the terrorists rammed an explosive-laden vehicle into the wall of the cantonment. As a result a portion of the wall caved in. As many as eight brave soldiers laid down their lives while fighting the terrorists.
The armymen belonged to Muzaffarabad, Poonch, Neelum of Azad Kashmir, Bahawalpur, Karak and Lakki Marwat.
