England makes history with 800 runs in Test match against Pakistan

MULTAN: The cricket team of England made history in Test cricket by scoring 800 runs against Pakistan in Multan.

The first Test match is underway at Multan cricket stadium in which the visitors scored a mammoth total against the host team.

It’s for the first time in the 21st century that any team has scored such a huge total against any country. England also broke the earlier Indian record of 675 runs against Pakistan fir five wickets in Multan.

It’s also for the first time in history that any team has scored 800 runs against Pakistan. In 1958, West Indies had scored 790 runs for the loss of three wickets against Pakistan.

Two of the British batters also made a record partnership of 412 runs in the ongoing Test match in Multan.

It may be mentioned here that earlier Bangladesh visited Pakistan and whitewashed the host in all the three Test matches.
