ISLAMABAD: Chairman EU Pak Friendship Federation Europe, Chaudhry Perveiz Iqbal Losar alongwith a delegation called on Asad Qaiser, Speaker National Assembly of Pakistan at Speaker’s residence today.
Chairman EU Pak Friendship Federation highlighted the issues of overseas Pakistanis during the meeting. He proposed that a special desk may be established in Paki Missions abroad for solution of the issues of overseas Pakistanis. He said that Pakistan should focus to enhance economic relations with the world instead of political and diplomatic relations because it is the need of the hour.
Chairman Losar also apprised Speaker National Assembly of the efforts of his organization in raising the Kashmir issue and helping create awareness on the plight of the Kashmiris living under Indian oppression in Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Losar assured Speaker National Assembly that his organisation will expose all negative propagandas and conspiracies of Indian government against Kashmir at any level.
Asad Qaiser appreciated Perveiz Losar and his organization for playing pivotal role in taking the Kashmir issue to the streets and squares of European capitals by closely working with the European Parliament and engaging the general public. Speaker has also praised EU-Pak Friendship Federation Europe led by Losar for organising mass rallies and demonstrations across Europe on August 5, 2020, marking the first anniversary of the military siege in IOJ&K.
Suleman, Shami, Yahya Bhinder from Holland and Ali Sabeel from Portugal were also present during the meeting.
