According to officials, the blast occurred on Monday afternoon at a fireworks factory in Manori village, located in Kaushambi district under the jurisdiction of Pipri police station.
Following the explosion, 11 injured workers were taken to SRN Hospital in Prayagraj for medical treatment. All 11 later died while receiving treatment, while five critically injured people remain hospitalized.
