SIALKOT: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in Sialkot has arrested a suspected human smuggler accused of defrauding a citizen of over Rs120 million on the pretext of sending him to Italy.
According to officials, a case was registered against Masood Tabish following a complaint filed by Abdul Sattar. The suspect allegedly took Rs120 million from the victim, promising to arrange travel to Italy along with a job, but failed to fulfill the commitment.
After the victim approached the FIA office, authorities launched an investigation and subsequently arrested the suspect. Officials said the accused works as a branch manager at a private bank.
