KARACHI: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has integrated Karachi, along with other national airports, into the IC-4 system.

This development allows passengers to register complaints related to deboarding and other issues with domestic flights.

According to an FIA spokesperson, the move was aimed at enhancing public services at airports across the country. The integration of the IC-4 system will streamline passenger complaint management and improve overall service delivery.

The spokesperson further clarified that citizens can now seek assistance or file complaints via the Integrated Command, Control, Communication, and Coordination (IC4) system. They can reach out through the helpline 1991, phone calls, or email addresses. For immediate resolution of complaints related to deboarding, passengers are advised to contact the number 0519262908.

The FIA spokesperson said that complaints regarding immigration procedures will be addressed promptly.
