ISLAMABAD: The District and Sessions Court of Islamabad has issued arrest warrants against former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in a case involving the seizure of liquor and firearms.
The hearing was conducted by Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Hassan Chishti, during which Ali Amin Gandapur failed to appear in court once again. Citing his continuous absence, the court ordered his arrest and production before the court. The case has been adjourned until October 28.
The case against the former KP chief minister was originally registered at Bara Kahu Police Station.
