HEC Announces Scholarships for Balochistan Students

ISLAMABAD: The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has announced scholarships for talented students from Balochistan for LLM and PhD programs.

Students from Balochistan will be eligible for LLM programs in Pakistani universities and LLM and PhD programs abroad. Applicants must hold a Balochistan domicile and a local certificate.

The maximum age for LLM applicants is 30 years, while for PhD applicants it is 35 years. Candidates must have completed their LLB and LLM degrees with at least 50% marks and secure a minimum of 50% in the aptitude test.

The last date to submit applications for the scholarships is January 13, 2026. For LLB program admissions in Pakistani universities, applications must be submitted by December 29, 2025, with the admission test scheduled for January 25, 2026.
