BEIRUT: Hezbollah on Tuesday retaliated against Israeli attacks and killing of its leader Hassan Nasrallah by raining missiles on a Israeli military airbase.
Hamas media wing said that Israeli claim of ground offensive on Lebanon was false and fabricated, adding the group was ready to beat back such incursions by the Zionist state.
This was first attack on Israel by Hezbollah after its secretary general Hassan Nasrullah was killed in an airial bombing on a building in southern Lebanon a few days ago. Hezbollah used four Faadi missiles to target the Israeli base.
Meanwhile, six children were martyred in an attack on a school in Gaza on Tuesday. On the other hand, the death toll in an Israeli attack on two houses in central Gaza increased to 13.
