IHC Seeks Report on Imran’s Plea for Transfer to Shifa Hospital

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court held a hearing on the request of PTI founder Imran Khan to be transferred to Shifa Hospital. The hearing was presided over by Justice Inam Amin Minhas.

Dr. Azma’s lawyer, Aziz Bhindari, appeared in court and stated that the Registrar’s office had raised some objections regarding the application and requested time to address them. The court granted the request for additional time to resolve the objections.

During the proceedings, Justice Inam Amin Minhas directed that the court be informed about how many similar requests are pending and instructed the Registrar’s office to submit a report on all such cases.

Lawyer Bhindari requested that the case be scheduled for next week, assuring the court that the objections would be resolved by then. The court subsequently adjourned the hearing for a later date.
