GIANNA: India reached the final of Men’s T20 World Cup Championship after defeating defending champion England at Gianna in Thursday.
Batting first, India scored 171 runs in the 20 overs for the loss of seven wickets. In reply, England was all out for 103 runs in 16.4 overs.
The match was delayed for about two hours due to rain. England won the toss and decided to bat first.
India will now face South Africa in the final of the T20 tournament on June 29.
