APHC leader Amir Hamza held under draconian law and put in Baramulla district jail.
The Modi-led Indian government has deployed personnel of a special commando unit of the paramilitary Central Reserve Police Force in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir to further brutalize the oppressed Kashmiris.
A contingent of CRPF’s Commando Battalion landed in Srinagar a few months ago and is currently undergoing training at a CRPF camp on the outskirts of the city.
Meanwhile, the occupation authorities booked today the illegally detained All Parties Hurriyat Conference leader Amir Hamza under draconian law, Public Safety Act and lodged him in Baramulla district jail.
Political experts and analysts in their interviews and statements in Srinagar deplored that the Narendra Modi-led Indian government was using dreaded investigation agencies like National Investigation Agency and State Investigation Agency as a weapon to implicate the people affiliated with the ongoing freedom movement in false cases.
On the other hand, British Herald, a famous British magazine, in its July issue blasted the so-called Indian democracy. The magazine raised serious questions about the human rights violations, religious divisions, racism and declining journalistic standards in India.
