SRINAGAR: Occupying forces in the held Kashmir valley have tortured to death three Kashmiris in their latest state terrorism perpetuated on the people of the disputed territory.

A foreign news agency reported that a week aho the Indian troops had arrested eight Kashmiris on the charge of attacking two army vehicles in Poonch that left four soldiers dead and three injured.
