ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif held a meeting with Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, during which he was given a comprehensive briefing on the country’s overall security situation.
During the meeting, the Interior Minister informed the Prime Minister about the prevailing law and order conditions across the country, with special emphasis on the current situation in Islamabad. Key security matters and ongoing measures were discussed in detail.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif directed the Interior Minister to ensure that security arrangements in Islamabad and other related matters are handled efficiently and effectively.
The meeting also included discussions regarding Mohsin Naqvi’s upcoming visit to Sri Lanka. During his visit, the Interior Minister is expected to deliver a special message from the Prime Minister to the Sri Lankan President.
