TEHRAN: In retaliation to recent joint U.S.-Israeli airstrikes on Iranian targets, Iran launched a missile operation named “Fateh Khyber”, firing 30 missiles toward northern Israel.

Israeli authorities immediately ordered civilians to move to shelters and activated their defense systems to intercept incoming missiles.

Meanwhile, Qatar successfully intercepted several Iranian missiles, and the United Arab Emirates temporarily closed its airspace in response to the heightened threat.

Explosions were also reported in Bahrain near a U.S. naval site, with smoke rising from the affected area. No immediate casualties have been confirmed in Israel or Bahrain.

The attack has raised concerns of a broader regional escalation involving multiple countries, with international observers closely monitoring the situation.
