Kashmiri poet, author Ghulam Nabi Khayal is no more
Khayal authored more than 30 books and worked with known Indian and international newspapers and publications.
SRINAGAR: Known poet, literary figure and author Ghulan Nabi Khayal passed away at the age of 80 on Saturday night, according to Kashmir Media Service.
Khayal authored more than 30 books and worked with known Indian and international newspapers and publications. In 2015, Khayal returned his national award in protest against discrimination against minorities by the Indian government. Khayal is survived by his two sons who are settled abroad
