PESHAWAR: King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center said it continues distribution of relief goods among needy people across Pakistan.
It has also reached out to flood affected people in different parts of the country including Chitral and Gilgit-Baltistan and many areas in Punjab.
The organization on Saturday said that its workers handed over 540 food baskets to the deserving people in the Shangla district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The assistance is part of the fourth phase of the Food Security Support Program for 2024 benefiting 3,150 individuals from the neediest and most vulnerable segments affected by the floods, it added.
The food packages provided to the needy people by the organization included wheat flour, rice, sugar, tea and other items.
