LAHORE: A tragic domestic incident in Lahore’s Hayer area has left four family members dead after a man allegedly attacked them with a knife over a household dispute.
Police have identified the suspect as Imran, who reportedly killed his wife, Fauzia, his 14-year-old daughter Zainab, his 15-year-old nephew Raza, and his 55-year-old father-in-law Mirza. Following the attack, Imran fled the scene.
Forensic teams and police collected evidence at the crime scene, and the bodies were transferred to a mortuary for postmortem examinations.
SP Cantt, Qazi Ali, stated that a case has been registered against the suspect on the complaint of the victim’s brother, Nadeem. Authorities have assured the public that Imran will be apprehended and brought to justice promptly.
