ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) has postponed matriculation (Class 10) exams in four countries due to ongoing tensions in the Middle East.

The exams were originally scheduled to begin on March 31, 2026.

The board issued an official notification stating that the decision was made to ensure the safety of students amid the current security situation. The affected countries include Iran, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, and Bahrain.

The Federal Board clarified that new dates for the postponed exams will be announced once the situation becomes favorable. Students and parents will be informed of the revised schedule in advance, so there is no need to worry.

This move follows regional security concerns, and the board emphasized that student safety remains the top priority.
