ISLAMABAD: S&P Global in Pakistan, in partnership with The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) Islamabad, announced the launch of Project Elevate, a structured, three-year mentorship initiative designed to equip more than 600 young Pakistanis with the professional skills, industry networks, and career guidance needed to thrive in an increasingly competitive global economy.
Project Elevate will run across three annual cohorts, each connecting approximately 200 participants with experienced mentors from S&P Global and the broader TiE network. The program targets a diverse talent pool including university students, early-career professionals, aspiring entrepreneurs, and freelancers reflecting the breadth of Pakistan’s evolving workforce.
The participants will benefit from One-on-one and group mentorship with senior industry professionals offering real-world guidance and accountability, Corporate readiness training covering professional communication, leadership fundamentals, and workplace navigation Career development workshops focused on emerging and high-growth sectors including financial services, technology, and data analytics and Networking access to S&P Global leadership in Pakistan and TiE’s entrepreneurial community.
