LAHORE: The case of assets beyond means was heard in the accountability court of Lahore on Monday. Shahbaz Sharif and Hamza Shahbaz appeared before the court.
Shahbaz Sharif and Hamza Shahbaz were provided copies of the statement of promise pardon 265C while Shahbaz Sharif and other accused will receive the statements of pardon witnesses.
During the hearing, the NAB submitted a report on the jail trial of the money laundering reference, which said that the jail trial of any case is at the discretion of the court. However, the NAB said that the court will issue an order which will be implemented.
The court summoned Shahbaz Sharif and other accused in the case of disproportionate assets till November 11 and adjourned the hearing till the same day.
