More countries deport illegal Pakistani immigrants

KARACHI: As many as 10 countries deported yet another 93 illegal Pakistani migrants in the last two days, immigration officials said here.

These countries included Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Singapore and Morocco.

According to the immigration officials, 24 Pakistanis were deported from Saudi Arabia for breach of contract, four gor being on the blacklist and one on the expiry of visa.

Three blacklists from Oman, one for refusing immigration and one from Malaysia were also expelled as undesirable.

Moreover, 37 Pakistanis were deported after being released from jail, one was kicked out from UAE, along with three others for being in the blacklist for drugs and alcohol and two for overstaying.

One was expelled after he losing his Singapore passport, one from Mozambique, four for overstaying in Iraq, and two for other charges.

According to immigration sources, three fugitives from Qatar, one who surrendered to immigration authorities in South Africa and one Pakistani who was declared unwanted were also deported.

In addition, two youths who arrived in Morocco for human trafficking were detained and sent back to Pakistan, who were transferred to the Anti-Human Trafficking Circle in Karachi.
