ISLAMABAD: The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced the activation of its service counters in several countries, marking a significant step towards providing improved and more accessible facilities for overseas Pakistanis.
In a statement shared on its official social media platforms, NADRA stated that these counters have been set up at various Pakistani embassies and consulates abroad to ensure that citizens living outside the country can benefit from a wide range of essential services in a convenient and efficient manner.
According to the details, NADRA has activated service counters in Montreal and Vancouver (Canada), Milan (Italy), Manama (Bahrain), and Amman (Jordan). Furthermore, the authority has confirmed that an additional counter will soon be inaugurated in Rome, Italy, further expanding the network of overseas service facilities.
This initiative aims to make it easier for overseas Pakistanis to access important NADRA services, including issuance and renewal of CNICs and NICOPs, verification of documents, and other registration-related procedures, without the need to travel back to Pakistan.
The move is expected to significantly reduce processing time, improve service delivery, and strengthen the connection between overseas communities and government institutions.
