Pakistan showed a much-improved performance after the break, with Najeebullah scoring the team's first goal.
Just a minute later, Alamgir Ghazi found the net to make it 3-2, bringing Pakistan back into contention.
However, neither side managed to score again, and India held on to secure a 3-2 victory.
Players from both teams also exchanged high-fives at the start of the match.
