Nine more terrorists killed in two operations: ISPR

Four security forces personnel embrace martyrdom while fighting terrorist gallantry, says statement.

RAWALPINDI: The army’s media wing has said that security forces in an operation in Mach and Kolpur areas of Balochistan killed nine terrorists late on Tuesday night.

According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the dead included three suicide bombers. Four terrorists were also caught in injured condition.

It said a large number of terrorists, including suicide bombers, the two areas in Balochistan with rocket launchers a day earlier.

In response, the security forces confronted the terrorists leading to am intense exchange of firing. During the encounter, four brave personnel of law enforcement agencies laid down their lives fighting the terrorists gallantly. 

“Pakistan’s Security Forces stand shoulder-to-shoulder with other Law Enforcement Agencies to ensure peace & stability in the country.”

Attacks on security forces have increased in the provinces of Khyber Pakthunkhwa and Balochistan in recent months. In most of these terror activities, militants be based in Afghanistan have been found involved.
