Non-bailable arrest warrants issued for KP CM in audio leak case

ISLAMABAD: A district and sessions court in Islamabad has issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in the audio leak case.

The order was passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge Nasr Minallah Baloch, who directed authorities to arrest the chief minister and produce him before the court.

While one of the co-accused appeared in court, Mr. Gandapur failed to attend the hearing. The case has now been adjourned till November 5.

The FIR against Ali Amin Gandapur was registered at Golra Police Station in Islamabad.
