In the Osama Nadeem murder case, the JIT recorded the statements of the arrested accused. The JIT sought the data of the wireless call of the robbery while also recording the statements of the officers and personnel who reached the spot. The JIT has also sought phone data of the victim and the accused.
According to sources, the arrested accused maintained that there was a call for robbery on which action was initiated. Blank shells found at the scene have been sent for forensics, while Safe City footage has also been requested.
However, the next meeting of the JIT has been convened on Friday. The plaintiff has been directed to present his witnesses in the meeting.
