According to Pakistan’s Foreign Office spokesperson, the attack poses a serious threat to regional peace and security. Pakistan also expressed deep concern over reports of casualties and injuries resulting from the incident.
The spokesperson said the continued targeting of civilian populations and critical infrastructure by the Houthis was unacceptable and that such aggression could not be justified.
Pakistan called for an immediate halt to the attacks and reiterated its firm solidarity with Saudi Arabia’s leadership and people.
The Foreign Office stressed that civilian airports must not be targeted, warning that such actions violate international law and threaten regional stability.
It may be mentioned here that according to reports scores of people were dead or injured in the latest attack.
