Pakistan Consulate, Brilliance Foundation Discuss Education Partnerships
NEW YORK: The Consul General of Pakistan in New York Amer Ahmed Atozai met representatives of the Brilliance Foundation, led by its Chief Executive Officer, Kulsum Kazi, at the Consulate.
During the meeting, discussions focused on collaboration in the areas of education, capacity building, and community-oriented initiatives in Pakistan.
The Consul General appreciated the contributions of the Brilliance Foundation toward promoting educational development and mental well-being through structured engagement and partnerships.
Ms. Kulsum Kazi recently visited Pakistan, where, with the coordination of the Consulate General of Pakistan, New York, she engaged with various educational institutions and health-related departments to explore opportunities for cooperation in educational capacity building and mental health awareness initiatives.
In this context, particular emphasis was placed on the proposed collaboration with the University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir. The University has formally conveyed its intent to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Brilliance Foundation.
The proposed MOU aims to facilitate cooperation in student training and capacity building, professional development engagements, and knowledge-sharing workshops, with a view to strengthening institutional capacity and community support.
The Consulate General reaffirmed its commitment to facilitating meaningful partnerships between Pakistani institutions and international organizations that contribute to human capital development and social well-being in Pakistan.
