NEW YORK: Pakistan is making a bold statement on the global textile stage, showcasing innovation, craftsmanship, and economic ambition at the Texworld NYC 2025 Summer Show, the largest textile and apparel sourcing event on the U.S. East Coast.

The Pakistani pavilion was inaugurated by Ambassador of Pakistan to the United States Rizwan Saeed Shaikh, who was joined by Consul General Mr. Aamer Ahmed Atozai and Trade and Investment Counsellor Mr. Adnan Awan. The delegation visited six leading Pakistani textile exhibitors, each presenting a rich array of fabrics and apparel that reflect Pakistan’s growing capabilities in sustainable, high-quality textile manufacturing.

Texworld NYC serves as a strategic platform connecting global manufacturers with American buyers, offering Pakistan a valuable opportunity to deepen its footprint in the U.S. apparel market and reinforce its position as a dependable sourcing partner.

On the sidelines of the exhibition, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a high-level meeting with top executives from global finance and investment institutions, including Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, BNP Paribas, JP Morgan, and Goldman Sachs.
