Pakistan needs promotion of innovation and skills: Kakar
Attends first convocation of Institute of Art and Culture in Lahore.
LAHORE: Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar on Tuesday said Pakistan needs promotion of innovation and skills among its youth to meet the challenges of the modern world.
He stated this while speaking as chief guest at the first convocation of Institute of Art and Culture in Lahore today.
Kakar said, “we have to look at challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. The youth of Pakistan is our most valuable asset and the young minds of Pakistan are eager and enthusiastic to contribute to the country’s development.”
He said education sector has played a vital role in driving economic development and shaping country’s future.
Kakar advised the graduates to be well equipped to face challenges and opportunities to go forth and make the nation proud for the future of Pakistan.
He later distributed degrees and awards aming the graduating students.
