LAHORE: Pakistan Railways, following the instructions of the Minister of Railways, has decided to operate four special trains during Eidul Fitr to facilitate passengers.
The schedule for these trains has also been released by railway authorities.
First Eid Special Train: Departing on March 16 from Lahore to Karachi.
Second Eid Special Train: Departing on March 17 from Quetta to Rawalpindi.
Third Eid Special Train: Departing on March 17 from Karachi to Peshawar.
Fourth Eid Special Train: Departing on March 18 from Karachi to Lahore.
The decision to run these special trains was taken to ensure smooth travel for passengers during the holiday season. Thousands of people move from major cities to their native areas across the country to celebrate Eid. The government has already announced four-day Eidul Fitr holidays.
