Pakistani photographer’s dead body still unclaimed in Canada

Mohsin Mushtaq was found dead at his residence in Toronto one month back, say police.

TORONTO: The dead body of a young photographer from Pakistan has been kept in the mortuary of a hospital in the Canadian city of Toronto with no one showing up to take it away for burial.

Police in Toronto say that Mohsin Mushtaq, originally hailing from Pakistan, was found dead at his residence about one month back. It has been learnt that the photographer lived all alone in the house.

Those who knew Mushtaq told police that they had no information what happened to Mushtaq. They are also in the dark about the close relatives of the deceased back home in Pakistan.

However, police are still working on tracing anyone related to the deceased so that the body could be released for burial.
