PESHAWAR: Defense Minister Pervez Khattak has invited Pashtun Tahaffuz Movement (PTM) leadership for negotiations for settlement of all disputed affairs. Khattak said he and PTM leadership both belong from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and collectively they need to work for the development of the province.
Similarly, Defense Minister said Pashtuns are patriotic Pakistanis and they will never step back to cut down for their homeland (Pakistan). Ex-FATA have been emerged in KP to mainstreem them, he further added.
Pervez said people of ex-FATA were lagging behind from country in education, health and communication infrastructer. Time has come to collectively work for their betterment instead of political confortation, he added.
Defense Minister urged PTM leadership to sit on negotiation table and express their reservation for discussion to resolve. Country is going through tough situation by facing corona virus, pervez said.
Besides that, he said corona virus has not only demolished Pakistan’s economy but it also destroyed the lives of our people. Due to fast spread of the virus it increased in the fatalities rate too, khattak said.
Pervez khattak further added that the political instability will increase public’s deprivation in the country specially in KP.
