LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Deputy Secretary General Attaullah Tarar has submitted a request for release on parole of Shahbaz Sharif and Hamza Shahbaz to Deputy Commissioner Lahore.
Deputy Secretary General PML-N Ataullah Tarar has submitted a request for parole of Shahbaz Sharif and Hamza Shahbaz to the Deputy Commissioner, Lahore to released them on parole for two weeks for participation in Shehbaz’s mother funeral.
The petition said that Shahbaz Sharif is the Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly and Hamza Shahbaz is the Leader of the Opposition in Punjab Assembly, and people from all over the country have come to offer condolences to them. Shahbaz Sharif and Hamza Shahbaz should be released immediately to share this grief with the family and loved ones.
N League party sources said that on arrival of the body of late Begum Shamim Akhtar in Pakistan, funeral prayers will be offered at Sharif Medical City, however, burial will be held at the side of Mian Sharif’s grave in Jati Amra Cemetery.
