PM Embarks on Three-Nation Tour: Saudi Arabia, UK and US

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has embarked on a three-nation tour that will take him to Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

According to state media, the Prime Minister departed from Islamabad for Saudi Arabia on the invitation of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

During his stay, Sharif is expected to hold key meetings with the Saudi Crown Prince, King Salman, and other senior officials. The discussions will focus on strengthening bilateral ties, regional developments, and global issues of mutual interest.

Sources said that after his brief stop in Saudi Arabia, the Prime Minister will head to the United Kingdom for a two-day visit. He will then travel to the United States, where he is scheduled to address the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) and meet with several world leaders.

The government views this diplomatic mission as an opportunity to reinforce Pakistan’s international partnerships, attract foreign investment, and highlight Islamabad’s stance on key global issues including regional security, economic cooperation, and climate change.
