PESHAWAR: Prime Minister Imran Khan has removed Khyber Pukhtunkhwa government’s spokesperson Ajmal Khan Wazir from his post on Saturday on allegation on demanding commission from advertising companies.
According to sources an audio tape came out in which Ajmal Wazir were demanding commission from advertising agency, PM Imran discharged him from the post upon allegation has been proved.
According to a notification has issued Kamran Bangash has been appointed with additional charge of KP government spokesperson, while he have also an assistant of Local Government and Rural Development.
Furthermore, Ajmal Wazir in an TV interview rejected the allegations and said he himself resigned from the post. Due to some issues “I can not deliver my duties as a provincial government spokesman further” he added.
